At I See You Royalty, trust is not simply a policy. It is a promise. Our Trust Framework reflects our commitment to transparency, responsible innovation, intentional education, ethical data practices, and the belief that every person deserves to feel seen.
Our approach is guided by a simple principle: Recognition Before Recommendation
We seek to collect only the information reasonably needed to understand, support, and improve your experience. We do not believe personalization should come at the expense of dignity, transparency, or individual choice.
I See You Royalty, operated by I See You Royalty, LLC, is a single-member limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Indiana. We are an education-first skin health company dedicated to advancing the care of melanin-rich skin.

Name, email address, profile image, account type, communication preferences.
Skin goals, skin concerns, skin type, hyperpigmentation observations, hydration observations, barrier-health observations, sensitivities, product reactions, ingredient preferences, morning and evening rituals, ritual completion, progress notes, skin-assessment answers, challenge participation. Some of this information may be considered sensitive personal data or consumer health data under applicable laws. Providing this information is generally voluntary.
You may choose to upload progress photographs for personal tracking, reflection, and journey documentation. Unless expressly disclosed and separately consented to, we do not use facial photographs for identity verification or to create biometric identifiers. We do not use progress photographs for public marketing without separate authorization.
Written entries, mood observations, lifestyle reflections, skin observations, personal goals, ritual notes, responses to prompts. You control what you choose to include.
Questions, prompts, responses, feedback, interaction history. Do not enter information into AI features that you are not authorized to share.
Courses accessed, lessons completed, quiz responses, learning progress, certificates earned, challenge participation, Royal Score activity, community participation.
IP address, device type, operating system, browser type, app version, approximate location inferred from IP address, cookie and similar technology identifiers.
Certain information processed through My Royal Ritual may qualify as sensitive personal data or consumer health data under applicable laws, including skin conditions, product reactions, health-related observations, and photographs. Where required, we will obtain consent before collecting or processing sensitive personal data. We do not intend to sell consumer health data.
My Royal Ritual uses third-party AI services for specific features. We disclose each below.
Provider: Anthropic PBC (via My Royal Ritual's backend and provider infrastructure).
Data categories: the questions and prompts you submit; relevant skin-profile information used to personalize the response; images only when you explicitly choose to attach one.
Purpose: to generate educational, personalized skin-health responses.
Initiation: user-initiated. Zuri and Zuri Pro require your affirmative AI Data Sharing consent before any personal data is sent. You can revoke consent anytime in Settings → Privacy & AI → AI Data Sharing; revocation stops future transmissions.
Not shared automatically: your private Journal entries and saved Progress Photos are not automatically shared with Zuri or Zuri Pro.
Medical limit: Zuri and Zuri Pro do not diagnose, prescribe, or replace a licensed healthcare professional.
Provider: AI services provided through My Royal Ritual's backend (Base44) used to review community posts, comments, and uploaded images for policy violations.
Data categories: the content of the post, comment, or image being moderated.
Purpose: to detect policy violations (e.g., nudity, violence, harassment, spam) and keep the community safe.
Initiation: required for Trust & Safety. This processing is separate from the optional AI Data Sharing setting and is not affected by your Zuri consent choice. Community moderation data is not used for personalization and is not fed into Zuri.
Provider: your device's built-in speech recognition (e.g., the browser Web Speech API). Depending on your browser and device, speech may be processed on-device or by a browser/platform speech service.
Data categories: your spoken words, transcribed to text for the input field.
Purpose: to let you dictate your question instead of typing.
Initiation: user-initiated, only when you tap the microphone. The transcribed text is then handled like any typed input.
Training & retention: we do not authorize AI providers to use your sensitive personal information to train general-purpose models unless expressly disclosed and appropriately authorized. We do not make unsupported claims about provider retention or deletion; refer to each provider's terms for specifics.
Provider: ElevenLabs Inc., used solely to generate spoken narration of pre-approved, static Academy educational articles (Glow Academy). Accessed through My Royal Ritual's backend; the provider's API credentials are kept server-side and are never exposed to your device.
Data categories sent: only the text of the specific Academy article being narrated (its title, body, and key takeaways). No names, emails, profile data, journal entries, assessment or quiz responses, skin signals, photographs, community content, Zuri conversations, client information, or any other user-generated or personal information is sent to ElevenLabs.
Purpose: to play a cached spoken version of an educational lesson when you choose Read Aloud.
Initiation: user-initiated (you tap Read Aloud). Where a cached narration exists, playback uses the stored audio and sends nothing new to ElevenLabs. New narration is generated only by an administrator, never automatically in response to your action.
Training, retention, and commercial use: ElevenLabs processes the article text under its own Privacy Policy as a data controller for individual (non-enterprise) accounts. Whether ElevenLabs may use submitted text to train its models, how long it retains inputs and outputs, and the commercial-use terms for each Voice Library voice are governed by our administrator's ElevenLabs account settings and each voice's license — these are configured by My Royal Ritual, not by you, and we do not make unsupported claims about provider retention or training defaults. Refer to ElevenLabs' Privacy Policy and Terms for specifics.
We engage providers for website hosting, cloud storage, AI functionality, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, customer support, and security. These providers are authorized to process information only for permitted business purposes.
Information sent to AI providers is limited to what is reasonably needed. We do not authorize AI providers to use sensitive personal information to train general-purpose models unless expressly disclosed and appropriately consented to.
We may disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful government requests, protect safety, investigate fraud, or enforce our agreements.
Information may be disclosed in connection with a merger, acquisition, or similar transaction. Any recipient will be expected to handle information consistently with applicable law.
My Royal Ritual will not perform automated facial analysis. Photos represent "The Royal Journey" — personal progress tracking, reflection, motivation, and journey documentation. Photos may not store facial analysis data, facial geometry, biometric identifiers, or AI-generated skin assessments.
We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary. Key periods include:
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to confirm whether we process your personal data, access personal data, correct inaccuracies, delete personal data, obtain a portable copy, opt out of targeted advertising, opt out of certain sales or sharing, withdraw consent, and appeal a denied request.
Residents of Indiana may have rights under the Indiana Consumer Data Protection Act, including the right to confirm, access, correct, delete, port data, and opt out of targeted advertising, sale, or profiling.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards including access controls, authentication, encryption in transit, encryption at rest where appropriate, and incident-response procedures. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. Users should use a strong, unique password, protect account credentials, and report suspected unauthorized access.
Our Services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without legally valid parental consent. Users under 18 may use the Services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
Within the My Royal Ritual app, My Royal Ritual™ uses only necessary technologies required for core app functions such as authentication, security, and session persistence. We do not use cookies or similar technologies within the app for advertising, retargeting, or tracking users across apps or websites.
The My Royal Ritual app does not include third-party advertising or retargeting SDKs (such as Meta Pixel, Facebook SDK, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager for advertising, TikTok Pixel, or ad attribution SDKs). We do not collect advertising or tracking cookies within the app. We do not use your app activity for cross-app advertising, and we do not sell your data to advertisers or data brokers.
Based on the current implementation, My Royal Ritual does not perform "tracking" as defined by Apple — we do not link data collected from the app with third-party data for advertising or ad measurement, and we do not share collected data with data brokers. App Tracking Transparency is therefore not required for the app. First-party product analytics, where used, helps us understand feature usage and improve the experience; it is not combined with third-party data for advertising.
Links to the I See You Royalty website (iseeyouroyalty.com) and physical-product store leave the My Royal Ritual app and open in your external default browser rather than an embedded in-app webview. Once you leave the app and enter the external browser, your activity is governed by that website's and browser's environment — not by an embedded app webview. External websites may use their own cookies or similar technologies according to their own privacy and cookie practices, which are separate from the app.
Because the app uses only necessary cookies, no in-app cookie consent toggle for advertising, marketing, or analytics categories is presented. Where any nonessential technology were to be introduced in the future, we would request consent before using it, as required by applicable law.
We may update this Privacy Policy as our Services evolve, technology changes, or legal obligations change. The revised Policy will display an updated "Last Updated" date. Where required, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent before applying a material change.
Personal information represents more than records in a system. It reflects a person's questions, experiences, progress, choices, and trust. We will collect information with intention, use it for a clear purpose, protect it with care, retain it only as long as reasonably necessary, and delete it responsibly when its purpose has ended.
