These Terms of Use form a legally binding agreement between you and I See You Royalty, LLC. By accessing, registering for, purchasing, downloading, or using any Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not access or use the Services.
I See You Royalty, operated by I See You Royalty, LLC, is a United States single-member limited liability company organized under the laws of the State of Indiana. We are dedicated to advancing the care of melanin-rich skin through education, intentional rituals, luxury vegan skincare products, innovative technology, and professional development.

You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to independently create an account, make purchases, or enter into these Terms. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Services only with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.

AI-powered tools (Royal Guide / Zuri) are designed to explain skincare concepts, support learning, suggest educational resources, assist with ritual organization, and personalize certain experiences. AI-generated content may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a specific individual. AI does not diagnose, prescribe, replace licensed professionals, guarantee results, or provide emergency services. You are responsible for evaluating AI-generated information before acting on it.
You agree not to:
All content — including written materials, graphics, videos, course materials, software, databases, proprietary methodologies, AI outputs, and branding — remains the property of I See You Royalty, LLC unless otherwise stated and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws.
Protected brand assets include: I See You Royalty, My Royal Ritual, The Royal Skin Method, The Seven Royal Principles, Recognition Before Recommendation, Care That Honors You, Royal Journey, Royal Guide, Royal Score, Royal Clinical Pearls, Ingredient Intelligence, and all other named features and frameworks. You may not use our names, logos, methods, or marks without prior written permission.
When you purchase or access a digital product, course, guide, template, or resource, you receive a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for the authorized purpose at enrollment. You may not reproduce, resell, upload to repositories, use to train AI models, or remove copyright notices. Consumer materials are licensed for personal use only.
Certain Services may be offered through paid monthly or annual subscriptions. By enrolling in an automatically renewing subscription, you authorize the applicable fee to be charged at each renewal period until you cancel. Cancellation ordinarily takes effect at the end of the current paid billing period unless otherwise stated or required by law.
Professional users agree to comply with licensing and scope-of-practice requirements, exercise independent professional judgment, obtain appropriate consent, protect client confidentiality, use professional resources responsibly, accurately represent qualifications, refer clients to appropriate healthcare professionals when necessary, and follow our Professional Standards. The Services are designed to support professional education, not replace professional responsibility.
You agree to communicate respectfully and follow our Community Standards. You may not publish unauthorized client photographs or case information, disseminate dangerous medical misinformation, or solicit users without authorization. We may moderate, restrict, remove, or preserve content where reasonably necessary to enforce these Terms, protect users, investigate complaints, or comply with law.
Glow Points are non-monetary, have no cash value, are not transferable between accounts, are not redeemable for cash or external currency, and are subject to change or discontinuation at any time with reasonable notice. They are forfeited upon account deletion. My Royal Ritual reserves the right to adjust or modify the Glow Points program at any time.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided "as is," "as available," with all faults. We do not guarantee that Services will be uninterrupted, all content will be error-free, AI-generated information will always be accurate, or that a product or ritual will achieve a particular result.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, I See You Royalty, LLC and its authorized representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages. Our aggregate liability for a paid Service will not exceed the amount you paid during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, misused the Services, created safety or security risks, engaged in fraud, or misrepresented credentials. Termination may result in loss of access to content, memberships, records, community features, or certification benefits.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana and applicable federal laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be brought in the appropriate courts located in or serving Hamilton County, Indiana. Before filing a formal legal claim, both parties agree to make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute informally.
No mandatory arbitration clause or class-action waiver is included in these Terms.
We may update these Terms as our Services or legal obligations evolve. When changes are material, we may provide notice through the website, application, email, or account notification. Continued use after the effective date of updated Terms constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
These Terms establish the legal relationship between you and I See You Royalty, LLC. Beyond those legal obligations, our commitment remains: every person deserves to feel seen, every recommendation should honor the individual, and every educational experience should build confidence through understanding.
